Circulating Fan
1. The circulating fan adopts German technology and is made of aluminum alloy by means of precision die casting.
2. It has passed scientific dynamic and static balance tests and features big air volume and high air pressure. It can run in clockwise and anti-clockwise.
3. The motor of our circulating fan is waterproof and high temperature-resistant, and is a product exempted from customs examination
Heating Coil
1. The finned pipes of our heating coil adopt 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
2. It features light weight, little resistance to the steam, anticorrosion and high thermal efficiency.
3. This heating coil is of reasonable design, fast and easy installation.
Electric Valve
1. The electric valve is made in Japan or Germany.
2. It is of small volume, efficient heat-controlling, superior performance and reliable operation.
3. This electric valve can accurately control the up and down of the temperature, and the quantity of steam, which can effectively save energy.
Moisture Content, Temperature and Relative Humidity
1. In every kiln, there are 2 temperature probes, 6 moisture content probes, and 2 or more EMC probes, which can directly show the changes of temperature and moisture content inside the kiln.
2. The probes are made of stainless steel and joints are imported, which ensure accurate measurement.
3. The data transmission adopts special high temperature-resistant cables, which ensure the signals can be transported without interference.
Vent Motor
1. The torsion angle of the vent motor can be controlled from 0 degree to 90 degrees according to the temperature in the kiln.
2. Automatic and manual operation can be switched from outside.
3. The vent motor is made by Siemens with superior performance and high reliability. The twisting torque can reach 15NM
