We mainly provide two kinds of kiln control systems. They are automatic control systems and semi-automatic control systems.
Automatic Control System
Our automatic control system adopts the M800, M800B Delphi, and M900 series products of Italian HOLZMISTER and self-developed by our company. This automatic kiln control system can automatically control the heating up, moisture removal, and the run direction of the fan, to achieve the best drying effect. Our automatic controller support individual program and can be connected to the PC by special software to control the wood drying in the kiln.
Semi-automatic Control System
Our semi-automatic kiln control system adopts the LG31-MC series products of Italian HOZMEISTER. The operator can set the data of temperature and humidity. According to the setting data, the controller will send signals to the executive units who will decide whether to heat, spray or exhaust according to the setting value. In this way, the humility and temperature are controlled at the setting value. This kiln control system is more economical, stable and reliable.
