We mainly produce wood drying kilns, thermally modified wood equipment, high temperature kiln drying, woodworking dust collection systems, indirect-fired heating wood kilns, and kiln control systems.

2. What are the main applications of your wood drying equipment?
Our wood drying equipment is used for wood drying in wood-working enterprise. The thermally modified wood equipment is used to produce thermally modified wood. The dust removing system is used to collect, transport and burn scrap materials in the wood processing. Our thermally modified woods are used for outdoor decoration, horticultural wood products, outdoor furniture and so on.

3. What is your technical advantage in the production of wood drying equipment?
1) The body of our kiln adopts aluminum alloy with optimized design. 3003 aluminum alloy plate features high corrosion resistance. The oxidized aluminum is very anticorrosive.
2) The control system of our kiln adopts Italian Delphi or M800, M900 full-automatic control system.
3) The humidifying system adopts steam humidifying system with special improving design, that is, cold-steam humidifying system.
4) The pipeline inside our kiln is 304 stainless steel pipeline.
5) The heating system adopts electromagnetic valve control, which is imported from Japan.
6) The moisture removal system adopts Siemens damper actuator system.
7) The draining system of our drying equipment adopts a steam trap without pressure difference, which can directly send the condensed soft water into the boiler for recycling.
8) In addition, our drying equipment adopts high quality circulating fan inside the kiln, motor, reasonable dimension of the inside kiln, air quantity circulatory system and diversion system.

Every set of our wood drying equipment is finely processed with correct materials in strict accordance with the detailed processing drawings.

5. How do you control the quality in the production of wood drying equipment?
We strictly follow the ISO9001: 2000 standards to produce our wood drying. When choosing our suppliers, we adopt the knock-out system. We sign strict supply contact with the suppliers who can meet our requirements of the quality of raw materials and from then on the quality index is not allowed to be changed.
